"Before I met Dylan I had been running for a few years, with no real direction. I had lost a bit of weight and gotten a bit faster and fitter but hit a plateau. Since being with Valiturus, I demolished my goal of a 3hr 30min marathon, and have since gone on to run under 3hrs at Hawkes Bay.
